https://docs.opendaylight.org/projects/aaa/en/latest/index.html contains the same link twice. Fix it.
In addition https://docs.opendaylight.org/projects/aaa/en/latest/dev-guide.html still uses removed bierman-02 paths in examples. Use RFC 8040 instead.
