    Description

      aaa-cert is using blueprint to activate, removal of which we are tracking in AAA-206. We also have a few downstream issues that propose to migrate to Declarative Services.

      Unfortunately our use of blueprint means we do not publish Provide-Capability which OSGi DS uses to ensure installation consistency.

      Provide the Provide-Capability matching the single service we are publiishing, so that downstreams can migrate without workarounds.
