    Description

      TopologyStatsProviderImpl is instantiated from blueprint using clustered-app-config. This is superfluous, as we already have a place for configuring the single config value it needs: a PCEP topology's configuration.

      Integrate TopologyStatsProvider lifecycle into PCEPTopologyTracker and move its configuration to PCEP Topology.
