Low Description
Stateful PCEP extension to PCEP, as defined by RFC8231, defined 12 bits for extensions, which have run out. Add support for RC9357, which adds an extensible TLV, supporting up to 65536 additional bits.
These bits are unused as of right now, but we can expect extensions to start consuming bits from it soon, for example SR-MPLS Entropy Label Position.
