    Description

      Change all restconf links in bgpcep docs as follows:

      /restconf/config -> /rests/data/...?content=config
/restconf/operational -> /rests/data/...?content=nonconfig
/restconf/operation -> /rests/operations

      In order to reflect that bierman restconf is no more available. Fix all documentation files under docs.
