session handling

• close session
• reset session (e.g. reset reconnecting strategies) - implies reset statistics
  (limitation: all session handling can be done AFTER negotiation = after session up)
• statistics
• session statistics (open proposals (both), session flapping, peer name/id, etc.)
• sent./received msgs (error messages as separate report)
• timestamps of last sent message and last received report
• BGP
• 'show bgp neighbor detail' - inspiration on XR
  (limitation: no support for application peer)
