routes announced after initial synchronization not present in loc-rib

using the tool exabgp i created following scenario:
1) odl connects exabgp, open procedure is finished
2) after some time exabgp starts announcing new routes (9 or 10)
3) GET /restconf/operational/bgp-rib:bgp-rib/rib/example-bgp-rib/loc-rib does not show any rotues
