Description
When an eBGP peer is configured in ODL, and when that peer initiates the BGP session with ODL, then ODL reports an AS Number mismatch.
e.g. when a configured peer for AS 65504 initiates the BGP session to ODL - configured to use the default AS 64496 - we see:

Outbound eBGP sessions (i.e. where ODL initiates the BGP session with the peer) work fine.
