Current ODL BMP implementation is based on https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-grow-bmp-07, update it to fit to the latest draft revision (currently: https://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-ietf-grow-bmp-15)
First analyze changes between v07 and later versions, update yang models and handlers/application implementations (if required).
