    Description

      Steps to reproduce:
      1. Configure BMP for two instances.
      2. Start ODL and install bmp and restconf feature
      3. check http://localhost:8181/restconf/operational/bmp-monitor:bmp-monitor
      4. Observe only one instance of monitoring station is present
