BGP routes mapping from BI to BA structures using codecs.

Investigate options to use mapping service codecs when transforming routing information from BI to BA DTO. Currently, the mapping is done manually, usually used in two ways (when producing output update message where route is encoded to MP (UN)REACH NLRI and when producing a route key).
Using codecs should save a lot of lines of a code in a case of complex routes.
