Handle string route-key from App Routes when Binary route-key is expected

When sending routes through App Peer, which extension uses an binary route-key,
if the key doesn't follow the correct base64 format( multiple of 4 octets) key
is trimmed.

ex. routeKey inserted 123456 value stored 1234
