Update L3vpn flowspec route model

Update L3vpn flowspec route model to fit with destination L3vpn flowspec route model. Meanwhile l3vpn flowspec route contains route distinguisher as an augmentation, destination doesn't take the same approach. Therefore at the moment
of be cast the dst BA to the route, we obtain a route without rd distinguisher.
