    Description

      steps to reproduce:
      1. start Karaf and install BGP feature
      2. configure application peer via controller-config loopback - https://wiki.opendaylight.org/view/BGP_LS_PCEP:User_Guide#BGP_Application_Peer_2
      3. check OpenConfig BGP configuration - http://localhost:8181/restconf/config/openconfig-network-instance:network-instances/network-instance/global-bgp/
      4. configuration is not there, however app-peer instance is running
