Description
Right now BGP is showing the connection failure as WARN level, user will have to turn on DEBUG to see this in the log. However, for PCEP it is showing connection as WARN level correctly. It is better to change the log of BGP connection fail from DEBUG to WARN for consistency.
Log needs to be change:
