BGP routes being learned but no topology visible

with the latest code BGP-LS comes up OK to my router, and I can see BGP-LS and IPv4 unicast routes in the RIB (though one of the two IPv4 unicast routes is missing), but there's no sign of the linkstate or IPv4 topology.
