      The auto-bandwidth extension has been standardized in RFC8733, bringing in a rather large delta: https://www.ietf.org/rfcdiff?url2=rfc8733.txt&url1=draft-dhody-pce-stateful-pce-auto-bandwidth-06.txt

      Update our models/configuration to support this RFC instead of the old draft.
