Description
This is a simplistic blueprint, with an undocumented 'path-computation-capable' boolean, which defaults to false.
This looks like a relic from before we had a PCE. Since PCE is an external component, this needs some thought.
Perhaps we can assign two priorities? At any rate this feels like some sort of whiteboard centered around org.opendaylight.bgpcep.pcep.server.PathComputation being available.
