    Description

      1.ODL（氮版本）和Openflow交换机建立连接之后，控制器发送features请求

      2.交换机应答返回feature-reply 并且指明capabilities支持OFPC_QUEUE_STATS

      3.控制器经过一系列交互之后发送OFPT_MULTIREPLY --OFPMP_QUEUE 请求

      4.交互及应答OFPT_MULTIREPLY --OFPMP_QUEUE消息，并且返回

      5.控制器中断tcp session
