Once COE-10 is completed, we would like to have the same for OpenShift.

While "OpenShift is just Kubernetes", there is, of course, (significant) work to actually tool it.

This is about the "upstream" OpenShift (formerly known as 'Origin', now okd.io).

Once this is completed, others can then look at applying this to a downstream product.
