    Description

      org.opendaylight.controller.cluster.raft.behaviors.LeaderTest.testLeaderCreatedWithCommitIndexLessThanLastIndex test is not stable and fails verify and merge jobs occasionality. THis increases burden on contributors and commiters and prolongs review uncessary.

      This behaviour may be bug in test / testing strategy and/or tested components.
