Unable to read old children that were not overwritten in a merge in ReadWrite transaction

We are executing multiple operations on a DOMDataReadWriteTransaction in a sequence.
Datastore is empty.

call merge on container top with payload: http://pastebin.com/qQDLmDL8
this makes it unable to read /top/users/user/user:single user/company-info
as only the merged data seems to be present in the transaction.
calling commit, opening a new transaction and then merging seems to work correctly
