    Description

      To fix CONTROLLER-136 (https://bugs.opendaylight.org/show_bug.cgi?id=362), a temporary change was made (per discussion with Ed Warnicke) to make Remote RPC Server log and silently die when it can not find host IP Address.

      This bug is created to revisit the issue and add a proper fix.
