Karaf pukes when not connected to internet trying to pull com.lmax artifacts.

Even if preparing with:

"mvn dependency:go-offline" and building "mvn clean install -o"

At karaf run time you get a feature bork if not connected to internet due to not being able to import com.lmax (disruptor).

Not sure why this isn't a listed dependency so its pulled in by the above...
