Install button does not work correctly first time if flow is edited in UI.

Run the controller and hit the http://<controller-ip>:8080 to log into the UI.

1. Go to flow tab and add a flow entry.
2. Uninstall the flow using uninstall button
3. edit the flow.
4. click on install button

Now the button should show "Uninstall Flow" but it still shows "Install Flow".

at bottom also the message will appear "Uninstall Flow" instead of Install Flow"
