    Description

      fromXMLDocument method parses xml to Documented Exception. After this patch https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/c/46578/ it doesn't work correctly. Parsing of error-type uses enum method valueof(). After enum constant names change, error-type "rpc" isn't evaluated as ErrorType.RPC, but ErrorType.APPLICATION.
