    Description

      Implement part of RPCs defined in CONTROLLER-1597.

      Some scenarios needs to detect whether a cluster member client has been aborted.
      CONTROLLER-1597 defines few RPCs needed for Robot tests to provide such detection.

      Currently that would be ll:is-client-aborted.
