C: odl-clustering-test-app odl-mdsal-lowlevel-control:unsubscribe-dtcl not directed to module shards

The odl-mdsal-lowlevel-control:unsubscribe-dtcl returned

As subscribe-dtcl passed (not prefix shard present) i believe it subscribed to default shard. I need subscribe-dtcl to to work with module shards.
