C: explicit leader movement(prefix shards): local to remote movement: too many http responses?

The test scenario is:
1) start produce transactions on prefix shard leader
https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/jenkins092/controller-csit-3node-clustering-only-carbon/665/archives/log.html.gz#s1-s58-t1-k2-k4
one request is sent
2) leader moved by become-prefix-leader
3) Wait for transactions returned 4 responses:
https://logs.opendaylight.org/releng/jenkins092/controller-csit-3node-clustering-only-carbon/665/archives/log.html.gz#s1-s58-t1-k2-k8
${resp_list} = [<Response [500]>, <Response [500]>, <Response [500]>, <Response [200]>]

Is it possible ?
