Description

GlobalEventExecutor is backed by single thread and currently used in netconf-server and shared in reconnect strategies. In order to avoid congestion/thread exhaustion implement following EventExecutors:

http://netty.io/4.0/api/io/netty/util/concurrent/SingleThreadEventExecutor.html
