Add an option to trigger snapshot creation on root overwrites

    Description

      In case of whole-tree overwrites, such as done on daexim imports, it does not necessarily make sense to retain previous data in the journal, as all of it has been superseded.

      Add an option to trim the journal by taking a snapshot when an overwrite of the entire shard contents is created.
