    Description

      NormalizedNodeInputOutput has been moved to yangtools' yang-data-codec-binfmt, shipping in 4.0.3. Once that version lands in controller, migrate implementation classes to use the yangtools code, remove anything not publicly exposed and deprecate public entrypoints for removal. Also migrate controller in-tree users to use yangtools directly.
