Description
MD-SAL's Producer/Consumer APIs have never been adopted and it has a number of deficiencies. As such, these APIs have been deprecated for removal, along with their accompanying ShardedDataTree concepts.
Deprecate and remove the implementation. We will re-introduce a new implementation of the successor APIs once they are defined.
