Remove opendaylight-topology model

The models bundled in controller's model-topology artifact are only used by the experimental messagebus. It has been gradually superseded by ietf-topology (draft) and ietf-network (RFC). Since messagebus is going away, also remove this artifact and the models it contains.

The only remaining users are in OpenFlow world, hence these models need to be hosted by OpenFlowPlugin.
