The remnants of the configuration subsystem are packaged in odl-controller-exp-netty-config feature. We have only a single user, netconf.git, which uses only threadpool-config-api and can migrate easily.
Remove odl-controller-exp-netty-config, including:
- netty-event-executor-config
- netty-threadgroup-config
- netty-timer-config
- threadpool-config-api
