create-data-change-event-subscription RPC does not exist.

Unknown rpc create-data-change-event-subscription - it is used as a registration for data change notifications. The rpc is defined in sal-remote yang module, but is not visible for restconf. Probably, just needs to be added as a dependency into the sal-rest-connector project.
