Error 500 when trying to list all md-sal modules via restconf

When trying to list md-sal modules via http://HOST:PORT/restconf/modules, response is 500 Internal Server Error: Restconf module was not found. The problem should be in yang files: Yang which is required to list all modules, is dependent on other yang that is missing/incomplete.

We would like to use this feature in next stage of our development, which should start around 22.4.2014
