ConnectionManager UI fails to encode nodeId in the presence of special characters

    Description

      When the Node ID contain special characters, the encodeURI is not pserfoming
      its job properly.
      For example a nodeId of a.b.c.d:xyz is taking the a.b.c alone.

      This problem is seen for both connect and disconnect.
