Empty notification when listening for leaf changes

    Description

      When registering a data change listener for a leaf node, the notification comes empty without any data.

      This issue is only with leaf nodes(NormalizedNodes, BI), container nodes work as expected.

      Notifications for leaf nodes used to work around 13th May.
