    Description

      ActorContext.ASK_DURATION is used as the time out for ask operations and is currently hard-coded to 5 seconds. We should make this configurable via the config system.

      Also I believe every call to ActorContext.execute* passes in ActorContext.ASK_DURATION so we may as well eliminate this param or, at least, add an overloaded method without this param.
