DELETE operation doesn't delete attribute

Test steps:

DELETE request is send
http://localhost:8080/restconf/config/opendaylight-inventory:nodes/node/<controller-config>/yang-ext:mount/Cisco-IOS-XR-parser-cfg:parser

Data:
<parser xmlns="http://cisco.com/ns/yang/Cisco-IOS-XR-parser-cfg">
<alias>

Response:
200 OK

But after get-config, alias is not deleted.
