    Description

      Recent builds enclose (integer) numeric values in quotes, such as

      {"setup-priority": "7"}

      .

      http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7159#section-7 prescribes quotes for strings, but http://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc7159#section-6 does NOT prescribe quotes for numbers.
      Therefore, the correct encoding is without quotes, such as

      {"setup-priority": 7}

      .
