Clustering : The leader is not being correctly reported by the Shard MBean

    Description

      To reproduce follow the steps below,

      1. Start a 3 node cluster
      2. After the cluster is started using Jolokia or JConsole check the MBeans for any of the shards present on these 3 nodes - you will see that some followers will report Leader = null or some Followers may report Leader=self both of which are incorrect.
