Need logout button

I think we could probably add this on a per-project basis but it makes sense to me that this should be a standard thing for all of DLUX, say, next to the OpenDaylight icon (??) which shows who you are logged in as, and with an option to logout. This way on shared environments can't just open the browser and get access.
