stable/beryllium branch contains references to javascript dependecies without versions specifically defined

The file dlux-web/bower.json in the stable/beryllium branch contains references to javascript dependecies without versions specifically defined. This means we dont know exactly which versions of the deps will be used in the build before the job is run. Therefore the build is not fully reproduciable as a release version should be.
