YangUI - When module branch is clicked to load node in form then no form is loaded

BUGGY BEH: When module branch is clicked to load node in form then no form is loaded.
1. Navigate to YangUI submenu.
2. Expand network-topology module > expand config branch > expand network-topology branch > click topology

branch.
EXPECTED BEH: Relevant form is loaded.
BUGGY BEHAVIOUR THAT OCCURRED: Relevant form is not loaded.
