Yangman - Module form - data loss in form when form and json switched

BUGGY BEH: When selecting PUT operation, inserting data to form and switching between form and json results in loss of data in form.
1. Refresh the page. Navigate to network-topology rev. module > config tab > expand network-topology branch > click topology

2. Switch view to form.
3. Select GET operation and insert T1 as topology id in the form.
4. Run GET operation.
5. Click the same branch, select PUT operation, insert t2 as topology-id, switch view to json and then back to form.
BUGGY BEH: The data from form has been lost.
