Breadcrumb links on left in read the docs don't always work

    Description

      Currently the OpenStack guide shows a reasonable set of breadcrumbs on the left here:
      https://opendaylight.readthedocs.io/en/latest/opendaylight-with-openstack/index.html

      On the other hand the Getting Started Guide only shows a non-link for "This Page" and "Show Source", but no table of contents or breadcrumbs.
