    Description

      Even if we have 3-4 patches merged in a day, it seems like often only one will actually kick off. Case in point see that there are 3 patches merged on July 14th, 2016 here:
      https://git.opendaylight.org/gerrit/#/q/project:docs+status:merged+file:%255Edocs/.%252B

      Despite that only one build occurred here:
      https://readthedocs.org/projects/opendaylight/builds/
