Cannot get external L2 from external L3 ep in EndpointManager

    Description

      When creating L3 prefix flows in DestinationMapper, L2 endpoint representing a gateway has to be resolved from corresponding L3 endpoint. In case when gateway is an external endpoint, EndpointManager fail to resolve related L2 endpoint.
